Things to Know Before Booking
Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Your deposit secures your seat, accommodation, and transport. Because we confirm bookings in advance, all deposits are non-refundable — even if you later decide not to travel.
Flexible Payment Plans
We make travel affordable! 💸
After paying your deposit, you can pay the remaining balance in easy installments up until the final due date (usually 30 days before the trip). Payment details and schedules will be shared after booking.
Limited Spaces — First Come, First Served
Each trip has limited spots to keep the experience comfortable and fun. Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit is paid and proof of payment is received.
Room Sharing Policy
Accommodation is based on 2 people per room sharing. If you’d like to have your own private room, you can request this at an additional cost (subject to availability).
Passports for Regional & International Trips
A valid passport is required for all trips outside South Africa. Make sure it has at least 6 months validity and 2–3 blank pages for stamps. If you don’t have one yet — no stress! You can still book and apply while paying off your trip.
Travel Insurance Is Recommended
Especially for international and cross-border trips (like Mozambique, Lesotho, or Thailand). Insurance protects you against flight delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.
Meals & Activities
Each trip includes specific meals and activities — listed under Inclusions. Anything not listed (like certain meals or optional activities) will be at your own cost.
Communication & Trip Updates
Once booked, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where we share all trip details, reminders, and updates. You’ll also receive your final itinerary before departure.
